Climate change is a fact. Summit has already endured a 100 year storm in each of the last two years. We can expect more, along with other serious weather events.

As a city, we need to build resiliency to withstand these events. One place to begin is with solar panel arrays connected to battery storage. Many of Summit’s parking lots are ideal locations to install solar arrays.
