Voting Information

Register to Vote:

• You can register to vote up until October 15
• Register in person at the clerk’s office at City Hall (512 Springfield Avenue)
• Register online here: Register to Vote – Union County Votes

Vote By Mail:

• You can apply to vote in person at the County Clerk’s office in Elizabeth or Westfield up until 3:00 pm on November 4
• If you apply by mail, the deadline is Tuesday, October 29
• Ballots are out now!

• Best return site: Secure dropbox at the Chestnut Street parking lot
• Ballot must be postmarked no later than election day (November 5)

Early Voting: 

• October 26 - November 3
• Nearest site is DeCorso Senior Center in New Providence; 14 East 4th Street (Just
  off Livingston Avenue)

Election Day:

• Polls open 6:00 am - 8:00 pm
